We offer a variety of image formats for purchase by individuals, corporations and non-profits. If you are interested in ordering a reproduction of an image, please follow these steps:

1. Download and read through all 3 forms below.

These forms detail our reproduction policies and costs as well as our shipping and use fees.

2. Complete and sign the Photo Order and Application for Permission forms.

We must receive your filled out and signed forms before we can complete your order. Please be sure to include the appropriate Image Number(s) in all correspondence.

3. Mail in your forms—Include a check for the exact order total, payable to Ballard Historical Society.

Direct your forms and payment to PO Box 17775 Seattle, WA 98127. All costs and fees must be paid in full before we can complete any order.

We are an all-volunteer organization; please allow 2-3 weeks for orders to be completed.
